Entrop Grange Hotel Refurbishment, Manchester – Airport

he clients bought the hotel as a repossession and required extensive refurbishment to let out to the council. The bathrooms were stripped back, and a new bathroom was installed, which included all new fittings and tiling.The plumbing/heating was rechecked, and a new hot water system was installed. The electrics were checked, and remedial works were carried out. 

 

All new CCTV and air conditioning units were installed. Reconfiguration of some staircases was carried out to ensure the safety of the customers. The cellar was flooded due to extensive blocked sewage drains. After the sewage was cleared and drained unblocked, the cellar was stripped back and tanked. All new plumbing and electrics were installed, and we created an additional 18 rooms. The externals were landscaped, and gravel was put down in the car park, ready for the council.
