A Extensive refurbishment and partial demolition of the care home to convert it into apartments. From start to finish. Started with demolishing a conservatory built to the rear and a viewing area to the front. We then tackled the building work and strip-out stage, including removing old boilers, fixtures, and fittings. The building work was to create new window and door openings, externally and internally.
